Our story
Constructora Java was founded in Santa Marta to turn spaces into homes that create real value for the people who live in them. From our first projects — the Miracampestre I, Miracampestre II, Miracampestre Reservado and El Nogal developments — through to buildings such as Jardín de Santana and, most recently, Baltimore.
Each stage has let us build up our own technical teams, long-term relationships with suppliers and a standard of finishes that is now our signature.

Constructora Java S.A.S. has its office at Carrera 11 #24 – 90, Edificio Java, first floor, in Santa Marta, Magdalena (Colombia), the same address on its commercial register. All of its residential projects and civil works are built in Santa Marta and the surrounding area.
It developed the Baltimore Apartments building (64 apartments, Bavaria district) and Jardín de Santana (51 apartments, Barrio Jardín), the Miracampestre I, Miracampestre II, Miracampestre Reservado and Nogales developments, and worked as a contractor on Sierra Laguna and the Makro Santa Marta project.
Three lines of work: development and construction of property projects and civil works; full site management and direction with control of time, cost and quality; and structural work with premium finishes.
